We recently stayed at this hotel and were delighted with our experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with my elderly mother who has limited mobility. They went above and beyond to ensure her comfort, making our stay much easier. In terms of the facilities, we were pleased with the breakfast options which were plentiful, tasty, and varied. The swimming pool was also a highlight, with its nice and convenient design. Our room had a direct view of the pool and the surrounding green landscape, which we absolutely loved. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the toll road and providing easy access to nearby tourist attractions for nature adventurers. we were impressed with the service, amenities, and location of this place.

The hotel has a great location near the business district and was easy to find. The view from the room was stunning, surrounded by greenery. They offered good-sized rooms and a nice pool to relax in after a long day of work.
The hotel staff could have been more attentive, and getting service around the pool was difficult. The breakfast buffet was very limited in both flavor and variety.

Comfortable stay with a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Great sleep quality and a small gym facility for exercise. Despite a chaotic breakfast, overall it was a good stay. The hotel is the best in town so far. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant business trip and the hotel offered an amazing view of the lush green forest from my room. the breakfast had a good spread and was delicious.
One of the downsides of the hotel was that there were no nearby shops or eateries, and one had to travel a bit for it. the other issue I faced was that the bathroom amenities provided were of low quality and unsatisfactory.

The hotel was very clean, had great facilities like a nice pool and easy parking. Transportation options were convenient, being close to the toll road and having a bus stop nearby. The location was good, not far from the famous Sate Maranggi restaurant and with beautiful views of Indonesian forests in the public area. Staff were helpful and friendly during our stay.
